Protection of cast basalt valves: due to the harsh service environment of cast basalt valves, cast basalt plate manufacturers will inevitably present certain faults in the use of cast basalt valves. Therefore, it is necessary to protect and maintain the cast basalt valve. The main contents of daily maintenance of cast basalt valve shall be as follows: (1) inner wall of valve body. Check the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. (2) Valve seat. Due to the entry of medium, the internal and external surface of the thread used to fix the valve seat is easy to be corroded, which makes the valve seat loose. Pay attention to it during inspection. For high-pressure occasions, check whether the sealing surface of the valve seat is damaged. (3) Valve core. Carefully check whether all parts of the valve core are corroded and worn, especially under the condition of high pressure difference, the wear of the valve core is more serious, which should be paid attention to. In addition, check whether the valve rod has similar phenomena, or the connection with the valve core is loose. (4) Diaphragms, O-rings and other gaskets. Check whether it is aging and cracked. (5) Seal packing. Check whether the PTFE packing and sealing lubricating grease are aging and dry, and whether the mating surface is damaged.
