Glass fiber felt. Glass fiber felt is a plate product made of continuous precursor or short cut precursor under the action of chemical binder or machinery. It is a kind of thermal insulation material with reasonable structure and good performance. It has good high temperature resistance and chemical stability. It is suitable for thermal insulation of high-temperature equipment, valves and pipelines of various heat sources (coal, electricity, oil and gas). 2. Ceramic fiber blanket. It is also called aluminum silicate fiber blanket, because one of its main components is alumina, which is the main component of ceramic fiber blanket, so it is called ceramic fiber blanket. Ceramic fiber blanket is mainly divided into ceramic fiber injection blanket and ceramic fiber silk carpet. Ceramic fiber silk carpet is mainly used as thermal insulation material for ball valve because of its long fiber length and low thermal conductivity. 3. aerogel felt. Aerogel felt is a flexible insulation felt made of carbon nanoscale or metal aerogel and made of carbon fiber or ceramic glass fiber cotton or pre oxidized fiber felt. It has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, low tensile strength and low compressive strength. It belongs to a new type of thermal insulation material for ball valves.
