The material consumption of the project department shall be combined with the accounting of divisional and subdivisional works, and the quota / Quota material requisition system shall be strictly implemented. Before construction, the project construction personnel must issue the quota material requisition, which must be filled in according to the column requirements without missing items. For valuables and large quantities, they can be distributed several times by small receipt according to the use situation.
