2. The adhesive tape on the roller of the welding machine is named after the hot wedge. If the residue or other dirt of the hot melted impervious geomembrane material is adhered, it will endanger the heat conduction and electric welding quality. Therefore, it must be removed frequently and cleaned in the name of the adhesive tape and hot wedge.
3. The cast basalt plate is welded in 2 passes, each 10 mm wide. The inner cavity of about 15 mm on the welding edge of the 2 passes is used to check the welding quality of electric welding. For example, the quality of one pass of two passes of welding meets the requirements. In addition, when one pass is not very good, it is likely that the walking direction between the hot wedge and the welding machine is not vertical, and the spring yellow of the hot wedge can be slightly adjusted.
4. The belt pressure of the high and low wheels of the welding machine is caused by the pressure organization on the tenon of the pressure bar shaft. If the pressure is too small, the belt in the middle of the high and low wheels will deviate. If the pressure is too large, the friction resistance will expand, the welding machine will not move, and even the tape jam will be caused. When the pressure is not suitable, be sure to shut down and adjust the economy.
5. When the temperature reaches 250 ℃ ~ 300 ℃, move the charging rocker to make the roller actively clamp the cast basalt plate. The automatic welding machine moves forward, and the hot wedge melts and bonds the surface of the waterproof plate.
