There are qualitative differences between wear-resistant cast basalt plate and wear-resistant alloy cast basalt plate, cast basalt pipe, steel plastic and steel rubber pipe. The following are the properties of wear-resistant cast basalt slab.
(1) Corrosion resistance and anti scaling performance: because its lining corundum is a neutral material, it has strong resistance to acid, alkali, cabin corrosion and seawater corrosion, and anti scaling performance at the same time.
(2) Good temperature resistance: the wear-resistant cast basalt slab can be normally used for a long time in the temperature range of - 45 ~ + 900 ℃, and the linear expansion coefficient of the material is 6 ~ 8 × 10-6/℃。 Therefore, it has good thermal shock stability.
(3) Wear resistance: the inner ceramic layer of wear-resistant cast basalt slab is corundum, and the Vickers hardness is 1300-1550hv, which is equivalent to hrc90 or above. Therefore, it has high wear resistance to any medium transported by electric power and mines.
(4) Convenient placement and maintenance: the weight of wear-resistant cast basalt plate is light, which is 1 / 3 of the weight of cast basalt composite pipe with the same inner diameter.
