According to the analysis of the cast basalt valve manufacturer, the cast basalt composite pipe is made of refrigeration, laser cutting and other processing technologies. Cast basalt composite pipe belongs to semi crystalline raw material. However, due to its high melting point and strong impact resistance, cast basalt composite pipe has more advantages than other products in application. However, the application environment of each product must be considered:
1. Prevent the material from hitting the polymer polyethylene plastic plate immediately and causing damage.
2. When the high molecular polyethylene plastic sheet is used for the first time, the materials in the hopper shall be stored to two-thirds of the total bin capacity and then poured out.
3. Generally, the ambient temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
4. The standing time of materials in the warehouse should not exceed 36 hours. For materials with moisture content less than 4%, the standing time can be appropriately increased.
5. If the temperature is low, the standing time of the material must be reduced to prevent freezing, which endangers the practical application effect of high molecular polyethylene plastic (structure: resin material, tackifier, thickener, dye) plate.
6. It is not allowed to damage the structure and loosen the standard parts with external force.
7. Due to the different strength of different materials, the total flow and materials do not need to be changed at will, so as not to affect the service time of microcrystalline cast basalt composite pipe. If replacement is required, it shall not exceed 12% of the original design capacity.
