2) . the prepared mastic shall be used up within 30 minutes. Liquid shall not be added in the middle of use. It is unnecessary to give up the invention of mastic hardening.

3) The cast basalt composite pipe shall be dry and clean. The mortar shall be plastered on the basalt slab with an ash knife, slightly lower around, rubbed and pressed hard, and knocked with a rubber hammer to squeeze the excess mortar out of the slab joint, and then the excess mortar shall be removed with an ash knife and flattened immediately.

4) The high and low layers of cast basalt composite pipes shall not have through joints, and the slab joints shall be staggered by 1 / 2 ~ 1 / 3 of the slab width. At the same time, pay attention to the full and dense mastic and firm bonding.

5) . the basalt slab after lining is nominally flat without inverted boss, and the mortar joint width is ≤ 3mm. The mastic of the bonding layer shall be full and dense and firmly bonded. It is not allowed to be fluffy and empty when checked with a wooden hammer. The quality problems found in the inspection shall be handled in time to ensure that the construction quality meets the standard and passes the acceptance.
