Cast stone composite pipes are composed of a cast stone inner liner, a steel outer pipe, and a cement mortar filling layer between them. They combine the wear and corrosion resistance of cast stone pipes with the high strength and easy connection of steel pipes. They are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-pressure resistant, and easy to install and transport. In power plant hydraulic conveying ash and slag, and metallurgical and mining hydraulic conveying tailings and other materials pipeline systems, the service life can reach more than 30 years. Our cast stone composite pipes are produced using horizontal assembly and vertical filling methods, with good concentricity of the inner and outer pipes and a dense filling layer.

Cast stone composite pipes are available in straight pipes, bends, tees, reducers, etc. They can be connected using flexible pipe joints, flanges, welding, etc., and are currently our company's largest export product.

In 1990, the Northeast Electric Power Design Institute and the East China Electric Power Design Institute conducted a survey on the applicability and effectiveness of cast stone composite pipes for several large power plants built under the circumstances at that time. The survey scope was wide and representative, covering more than 30 power plants, including Taizhou Power Plant in Zhejiang, Luohe Power Plant in Anhui, Wujing Power Plant, Taizhou Power Plant, Huangdao Power Plant, Pingwei Power Plant, Ligan Power Plant, and Beilun Power Plant. The application conditions varied, and the product specifications also differed, but the application results were all good. The survey results showed that cast stone composite pipes are unmatched by other materials in power plants for conveying abrasive materials such as ash and slag, providing strong evidence for the widespread application of cast stone composite pipes in power plants.

When designing cast stone composite pipes, only the stiffness and strength of the outer steel pipe need to be considered according to industrial and mining standards. Tested by the Hydraulics Institute of the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, its hydraulic smooth flow resistance coefficient is 0.0165-0.0183, and the equivalent roughness is 0.085mm, which is the best among similar pipes.

Our company can provide users with cast stone composite pipes of all specifications with a nominal diameter of φ40mm and above. Products with DN≤900mm use cast stone pipe composite, and products with DN﹥900mm use equal-diameter arc-shaped cast stone plate composite.
