Cast basalt pipes are formed by centrifugal casting. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the internal structure of the cast stone is dense and uniform. Additionally, due to its rapid crystallization, the inner wall of the cast stone pipe is smooth and flat, and the geometric size error of the through-bore is small. Our company can produce cast basalt pipes with a nominal diameter ranging from φ40mm to φ900mm. However, cast basalt pipes is a brittle product and cannot be used independently; it must be compounded with other pipes to fully leverage its advantages.
