Because the cast basalt plate is also cast, the working surface of the cast basalt plate is relatively flat and completely crystallized. The cast basalt plate overcomes the problem that the calendered plate has low viscosity and strength and is easy to fall off because the surface is too smooth and the water absorption is almost zero. The cast basalt can produce plates of various thicknesses required by users, which not only increases the problem that the calendering plate can not produce plates greater than 16mm, but also overcomes the difficulty that the existing ordinary cast basalt is difficult to produce plates with a thickness of less than 20mm.
The analysis shows that the crystallization rate of cast basalt plate is higher than that of calendered plate, the crystal size is smaller than that of cast basalt, and the crystal is uniform and dense. Therefore, the wear resistance and other mechanical strength of cast basalt are better than calendered and ordinary cast basalt.
